The Diploma in Airport Ground Handling is a practical, industry-aligned program designed to prepare students for frontline roles within the aviation sector. It covers vital operational areas such as passenger check-in, baggage handling, ramp services, aircraft refueling, and customer service, providing a comprehensive understanding of airport ground operations.
This 18-month diploma includes immersive hands-on “On-the-Job Training (OJT)” and scenario-based learning projects tailored to current aviation practices. Internships with ground handling service providers and airports offer real-world exposure and skill development.
Graduates are equipped for entry-level positions in ground services, airport operations, airline customer service, and logistics roles across national and international airports. Diploma holders can also transfer credits toward the IIOUF Bachelor’s Program in Aviation Management or similar global partner institutions.
